Yes, we help with number transfers. We will check eligibility and suitable plans in store.
Can a lost prepaid SIM number be recovered?
In many cases, yes — if the line was topped up in the last three months. We work with Pelephone, Cellcom, Partner, Home Cellular, HOT Mobile and 019. Recovery takes around two to 24 hours, and identification is sometimes required.
How do I find prices and choose a plan?
Call or tell us how long you need service and how you use your phone. We will explain current terms and suitable options.
Are you open on Friday and Saturday?
No. We open Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–19:00. Closed Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.
